i Personal Training & Nutritional Does not do Memberships, Monthly Fees, Hidden Fees, or Contracts. We Supply punch cards according to your schedule class punch cards. Buy as many classes that you want that accommodate to your schedule, the more classes you buy the more you save.

Class Punch Card Rates:

Drop- In Class $ 20.00

5 Class Punch Card $ 12.00 a Class total $60.00

10 Class Punch Card $ 10.00 a Class total $100.00

15 Class Punch Card $ 8.00 a Class total $120.00

20 Class Punch Card $ 7.00 a Class total $140.00

Personal Training Clients get an instant class Discount. Un-limited classes $ 10.00 per class(Drop In Class) $ 5.00 per class (When Purchase a punch card).

Personal Training Clients: (WE ALSO DO TRAVEL PERSONAL TRAINING WE COME TO YOU)

Personal Training Assessment: $180.00 one time fee(New Clients only) + 120.00 Deposit for 6 Months commitment (The client will receive the full deposit back on the last day of training, if client continues training they can use their deposit towards personal training sessions & Classes)

Per Session (55 min): $ 60.00 per session $ 70.00 Per session (Travel Training)

2+ More Session a Week (55 min): $ 50.00 Per Session

Nutritional Consulting (3 Hr Session) $ 200.00 Includes Assessment

Trainer Resistance Stretching $80.00 (60 Min) or $ 60.00 (30 Min) We also will travel to you for this service.

Group Personal Training (2+ More) 45min $ 40.00 Per Client (Each client must go through their personal Assessment and total of at least 3 sessions before grouping with another client)
